"Steward exceptionally unhelpful to an elderly lady who struggled with her handluggage. A passenger had to come over and help whereas the steward just looked on. Landing in Tunis was very unprofessional and frightening !"

"Luggage handling: A litlle bit more flexibility please. I had to remove an overweight of 600 gram. Luckily I had a friend who took me to the airport and could take the 600 gram overweight back home."
