"Staff could be a quicker clearing the "food" after it has been consumed, being left with the rubish on the desk in front of us makes flying uncomfortable. And you should REALLY review the "menu" as it is rather pathetic and poor as well as very poorly presented; the bread roll is hard and wasn't eaten by many passengers and the whole thing has put me off flying with you."

"Both flights were utterly abysmal. Terrible organisation both on and off the plane, awful customer service, for both flights we were told there would be an hour delay however this ended up being around 3hours delayed (for the way back I had a connecting flight to catch later that night, however this flight was so delayed that I missed it and had to pay £240 for another flight). These were the two worst flights I've ever been on, and I would advise no-one to fly with this disgraceful airline."

"The plane was 2 hours late departing, and also 1 hour late coming back, there was no food except a sandwich and coming back the sandwich given was 1 month out of date. The staff didn't speak very good english and I couldn't understand what they were saying."

"The flight was delayed at both ends. We were never given an explanation even when we were on the plane. On the return journey I asked at the information desk in Tunisia and the assistant didn't even know that the flight was delayed. However we were told on the return journey why the delayed had occurred, but the information was very limited"
