"They flight was delayed by 2 hours and 20 minutes and we was not informed at check in only when i got into departure lounge and was advised only delayed for 1 hour. Boarded on the plane and had to wait a further 40 minutes. Food supply was on strike so was only provided a stale sandwich."

"As a regular traveller on this flight I am resigned to late take-offs and arrivals. The inflight service is poor and the caterers have been on strike for several months so the only food available is a poor quality sandwich."

"Aircraft: Is it possible to have a vegetarian alternative served in flight? I don't know, and was given no information by the cabin crew. Also, no wine available on the return flight. I was disturbed on several occasions by a member of the cabin crew leaning on my hair whilst talking to the passenger in the seat behind. Only French and Arabic newspapers available on outward flight."
