"The luggage compartments were overloaded and there was not enough space for some people. This was mainly because people were just taking huge suitcases with them. I had to hold my own bag although it was small the chairs were not very wide and there wasnt enough room."

"CheckIn: The line was too long and it took too long to get your ticket. But the boarding at the gate was even worse as I was walking to the plane through the gate I was greeted with another long line that took over 10minutes to start moving."

"CheckIn: I found that the person on the check in was officious and in my opinion racist. I was charged for a bag because it wouldn't fit into the measuring cradel (the wheels and handle prevented this N.B. there had been on problems when I flew out with the same bag)) I was charged and told to take the bag to the plane when the bag was given to the hostes the hostes asked what was she supposed to do with it when i said that it had to go in the hold she said it was OK to go as cabin luggage. Once seated I then saw people who were very obviously Spanish bringing on bags that were much larger than the one I'd had to pay for. Did I feel ripped of. Yes"
