"We were delayed both taking off and landing due to a broken down vehicle on the run way. The queues at Gatwick upon arrivals were terrible - it took over 90 minutes form the moment we landed to the moment when we could get our luggage. We missed our connection onwards as a result."

"Aircraft: I believe that Easy Jet should try to enable passengers to sit together if they are travelling in couples. Single passengers are easy to fit on a 3 seater around the couples but quite often you get a middle seat free with two single passengers either side."

"The flight attendants do a lot of trouble besides handing out drinks and selling products, to sell train tickets for the Gatwick Express with 5%. However, on the train station we found out EasyJet does not give a discount at all. It is exactly the same price. Therefore a waste of their limited time on such a short flight."

"CheckIn: Check-in at least 60 minutes before the flights leaves I think is too much for a 50 minutes flight. You should be able to check in until like 30 minutes before the flight leaves. If you are not on time at the gate it is your own responsibility."

"CheckIn: The check-in agent forced us to check a cabin bag, claiming that it was too big, even though it clearly fit in the designated format. Many other bags that were allowed on board were bigger.
Moreover, we tried to check in on-line, but received a message that this option was not available.
