"Easy jet isn't what it used to be. When it really was a comparatively low cost airline I didn't mind the lack of comforts, lack of refreshments, inflight entertainment etc. but now because we have to pay for luggage, for water (?2 a bottle - ridiculous) for speedy boarding it isn't really worth it. When you add up the extras I would now rather chose another airline and get my value for money. We talked to many passengers while waiting at the airport and the general concensus is that it no longer really makes sense to go with Easyjet as there are so many other airlines and they compete effectively in the market place."

"When i entered the plane, there was no room for my hand-luggage so i had to vtravel 4 hours with it under my feet. Considering that the space between the seats is very small, i had a terrible experience."

"flight supposed to arrive in gatwick at 08.45 but it arrived very late as there was 2 hours delay... due to the strikes in France airspace"
