"The flight had a delay of about 40 min. in the airport, where we had to wait in the plane for the ladder(!!!!!) to come!
Almost all pasangers had one,even two(!!!!) baggages with them (not like idiots as we were, that we droped our suitcase, paying of course....), so, there was no space to put our coat(!!!!) on any shelf! It was a TERRIBLE trip and I suggest none to travel with this flight company."
