"The air stewards of the playing were extremely impolite. For some reason was luck of space on storage spaces above of our heads and in aggressive way starting pushing and throwing staff from one side to the other in order to fit them all together. They asked me to remove my bag and put it on my legs even though i was in the aircraft from the beggining so had time to set my property in place and then suddenly twice they been taking my jacket and few other shopping bags in different places without my permission or at least asking me before they move around my staff.
One of the air stewards stepped several times on my sit in order to reach the cabinets as well and even hitted me without to apologize. As a result at the end of this trip i end up loosing my phone as it was inside the pocket of my jacket and is been moved not carefully to a diffrent place where i first put it, when i realised it was to late to get it back while i was still at the airport, easy jet was anywhere to assist and had to wait few days after in order to receive it and pay for that as well. when obviously was somoene else fault.
I would like to complain about it and claim the money i gave in order to be delived as i found it unecessary. And say i been really unsatisfied as i landed in london without phone and that put me in troubles. Easily if it wasnt the phone could be my wallet and dont want to know what would have happened then."

"Staff were lovely, overall flight was good as it was only 2 hours. My only problem wasw the exorbitant prices of food and drink on board. 17 pound for 2 drinks and a snack is far too much."
