"Luggage handling: one case was left on board from rome to bari.all together 7 cases were left. instead of someone going back to the aircraft to look we had to wait 4 days until a driver brought me the case 150 miles to where i was staying.this must have cost a lot of money foryjets finances. all 7 peoples luggage. apart from the distress it caused my 83 year mother it isn' good for eas"
