"flight attendants (one in particular) made jokes over the intercom. he was hilarious and eased the stress of flying. other attendants were helpful in finding places for all our luggage and even offered to store it up front (we came in late/last)"

"As the recession bites, is it really necessary to penalise the passengers who can ill affrord to pay for services that are included in fares from other airlines?"
