"The flight from London was fine. The return fron Budapest was less pleasant. The airport at Budapest for Easyjet is too small, the local staff are not well organised. The waiting area at the gates is small and a crush when full of travellers. The gates are not well devided when full of people. Easyjet seems to be increasingly late because of turn-around times."

"CheckIn: Boarding in Budapest was too long and cumbersome. Hard to hear the instructions. there is now no value in checking in early as all without "speedy boarding" or children are treated the same - the no 2 group; previously, they had groups A, B and C. - it was better!"

"CheckIn: Previous was so bad with EasyJET flight. It was ridiculous situation, your staff , it was abuse. In fact I was so traumatised from before, I carried a coat and a jacket and my mind was so stressed luggage issues. I withdrew money, for the conference. My mind was not on the job. From the cash machine to customs my wallet was stolen. Not just the 400 pounds taken out, $100 AUD, my wedding ring, driver's licence NSW, cards, medicard, qantas frequent flyers, keys to my stroage unit in Sydney.
a colleague booked on line and I wanted to travel BA but when he payed it came up Easy jet. See the cost. Easyjet (92.99 pounds) PAYING for a cup of COFFEe. British airways 64.00 pounds with food and Coffee all FREE. With No arguments of weight. You tell me who you would fly with.
Your officier at Alancanti was so over the top. it was humiliation, handed her card. So Easy jet no thank you.

"turn the heating on! & for those of us who wish to sleep, it would be nice if the pilot didn't suddenly burst onto the tannoy at full volume to tell me the time in Budapest"
