"The service and attitude of the flight crew was excellent. The senior staff member for my flight from London Gatwick to Madrid (EZY 5475) was called Michael. He gave us instructions very clearly, and he was very warm and friendly towards all the passengers. I was very impressed! Please let Michael know what a wonderful job he is doing, and to keep it up!"

"Surcharges comments: A bag which was checked in fine on the way out, was slightly too big at the point of departure where every customer was forced to put their bags in a metal measuring device before boarding the plane. The whole process was degrading and unnecessary after the flight had been delayed by nearly two hours. Because I didn't want to have to wait at the carousel for my luggage IN ADDITION to the delay, I tried to marry the bits from my shopping bag into my suitcase, but the rude official who was there just to take extra money (22 Euros) insisted with some glee that she swiped my card and kept the whole flight waiting while she did so. There is such a thing as discretion, and nobody, least of all a "customer" likes to be told "you know the rules" as if you are some small child.

I loathe flying Easyjet, and am planning to take my children to Europe by car just to avoid this kind of degrading treatment over the summer.
