"Perhaps the option of having just tap water rather than having to buy water. Appreciate the company has to make money but for a budget traveller it is quite expensive to try to be 'healthy' by just opting for water option during a flight."

"CheckIn: Was excellent given that I was held up by train problems and there was someone monitoring that the flights that needed to get through checking in due to flight times were given priority. Helped stress levels greatly!"

"I missed the gate by 3 mins and altought I had to attend a funeral and explained my situation to each and everyone of the easyjet staff no took care of it and I had to book a asecond flight with another compny for almost £300!! So disgraceful"

"My plane was supposed to leave Gatwick airport around 10pm. It left the airport at 11:30 pm instead.
The excuse from the pilot was ? there were apparently many flights the same day, which caused some delays to the other flights. I'm sorry but this is not a valuable excuse. If I book my flight at 10, I'm expecting my flight to leave at 10 and not an hour an half later. (the same time it takes to fly to Milan)

"CheckIn: Excellent, I didn't queue and the staffs were very kind and professional. It's a shame the flight was delayed of 1 hour and half for such a small travel!"
