"first of all, My baggage got lost when arrived at Zurich airport, then I did not receive my baggage for 5 days. I was intending to do some outdoor sports and walking in the mountains, it was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Swissport did contact me to regularly to find and send my baggage to me nowever Easy jet sent me back an automatic email respond just only once while I was waiting for my baggage for 5 days. I'd rate the cusotmer care of Easyjet the worst I have ever experienced in my life."

"This was the 3rd time I have flown EasyJet and the 2nd time they have been late.. an hour late.. Making getting transport home from the airport at the delayed arrival time (late at night) frustrating and almost imposible. But nobody seemed to care. (this was on return to London, Zurich staff were calm and friendly)"
