"Incidents: 30sec too late at gate when flying amsterdam to liverpool. A group of people were still walking up and through aircraft door 50m away.
Had to catch a train, find a hotel at 10pm that night and get back to the airport for 6.30am next day to secure a seat first thing in morning as I had an appointment early the following day. In my view staff could have been more supportive and leaniant, people were still getting on the plane!
Extra flight cost + train + bed (AND the inconvienience) more that doubled my travel time and expenses.

Unimpressed with information regarding time of being at gate and gate number. I was in main lounge waiting to see the number of the gate I was suposed to got to. when number appearred on sceen I only just made it to gate via walking before the gate was shut and plane left. Luckily the second time I rushed to the gate, I feel I would have missed the flight again if I didn't know to rush.
I'm unsure if I will use easyjet again if provided with another option.
