"CheckIn: EasyJet must be able to do better than this. The inbound aircraft was delayed. OK, maybe not EasyJet's fault (they blamed air traffic control). But they could have put a up a 'Delayed" notice on the departure board, and given us an estimate of the actual departure time. Instead they told us nothing. Next they called us to a gate, and while standing for a long time at the gate we watched the inbound aircraft aircraft taxi in and disembark its passengers (slowly). After refuelling and disembarcation we were finally allowed on board. We could have lived with all of this if EasyJet had not (a) failed to tell us there was a problem and (b) made us wait much longer than was reasonable at the departure gate."
