"The flight was a comfortable one took off pretty much on time, but after arriving at Bordeaux we waited at the baggage claim to reclaim our bags for over an hour and not one easyjet staff member was on hand to tell us what was going on"

"I mainly object to the way EasyJet handled the delay at departure. But, in general, the attitude of EasyJet ground staff and cabin crew was take-it-or-leave-it. The constant message was: if you choose a cheap flight, this is what you get."

"CheckIn: EasyJet must be able to do better than this. The inbound aircraft was delayed. OK, maybe not EasyJet's fault (they blamed air traffic control). But they could have put a up a 'Delayed" notice on the departure board, and given us an estimate of the actual departure time. Instead they told us nothing. Next they called us to a gate, and while standing for a long time at the gate we watched the inbound aircraft aircraft taxi in and disembark its passengers (slowly). After refuelling and disembarcation we were finally allowed on board. We could have lived with all of this if EasyJet had not (a) failed to tell us there was a problem and (b) made us wait much longer than was reasonable at the departure gate."

Other incidents: I had to check in hand luggage
"Incidents: my hand luggage was acceptable but when i got on board there was not enough room for it (i was not the only person with the problem, 3 other bags had no room ) the staff dealt with it quickly, gave me a reciept and the hand luggage came though on the conveyor belt quite quickly. So was a little inconvenient but not terrible and was worried about my vunrable assets being put in the hold"

"Surcharges comments: I was charged 36 pounds for 4 kg overweight of my check in luggage. There were no informations on the maximum check in weight except for multiple sign boards within the Luton airport clearly stating that check in weight is not a consideration if you check in a single luggage with reasonable weight. Why is that a discrepancy between what is written and what had been done? I hope the airport and airline could stop deceiving passengers in an unprofessional manner."
