"Aircraft: It was cramped extremely limited spaces between passengers. When the Air steward was demonstrating the safety procedures. I could not see him sitting down. because the seats were quite high in front of me. I only saw from his neck upwards. Could not see his hands."

"Luggage handling: My luggage was lost on arrival to Paris. I was distraught and very upset. I was told that nothing can be done. I arrived in Paris Wednesday 5th May 2010 @17.30. I received my suitcase at the hotel around 22.30pm Thursday 6th May 2010. I have received no apology or explanation on what had happened to my suitcase. My suitcase was broken when it turned up at my hotel. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and I return to London on Eurostar."
