"The flight was cancelled and thestaff had a verey "thats how it is" attitude. I tried to speak to customer services about the shocking service and was told I need to phone an "0871" number. So not only was my holiday delayed by 24 hours, which cost me money, but now I have to phone a pay number in order to sort out my claims. I WILL NEVER FLY EASYJET AGAIN!"

"Surcharges comments: My luggage was overweight on the first attempt of a flight, and then I repacked it before we left the next day, and was fine, but I couldnt not get a refund again. You would think after the inconveniance of having a flight cancelled, they would be more obliging, but I was treated as an annoyance rather than a customer"
