"CheckIn: We missed our original flight by about 2 minutes, which we found out when boarding our next flight that the girl at the gate (who was incredibly rude) was actually lying to us, and we could've gotten on the plane. We were then sent to Gate 9. No explanation given, "just go to gate 9". We then got to gate 9 and had to wait for over an hour for someone to come and attend to us, and let us out and back into the airport so we could rebook. Overall the service was disgusting and being a serviced based industry, the staff should not have been speaking to customers like that.
The airline should have more information on their boarding passes and tvs in the departure lounges regarding times of take off/which gate to go to.
Also, because there are no allocated seats, other passengers became VERY rude pushing ahead to try and get better seats. Totally uncalled for, perhaps the airline should look at allocated seating."
