"I missed my first flight and had to take one the next day. Due to an unexpected event, I was in Barcelona Sants at 11.10 and would have arrived at about 11.40 at the airport, maybe just in time to catch the plane. Of course, normally boarding is supposed to close one hour before (so I have nothing to demand) but I know of cases where people call their company to say that they're late and if it's a decent delay (up to ten minutes) they sometimes wait for you.
Anyway, I didn't have the chance to find out about this option had it been possible, because none of the phone-numbers indicated on the ticket worked.
I was surprised to see that neither the Spanish based number, nor the Customer Service number, UK-based, worked. I couldn't call the company so I abandoned the plan to get to the airport.
Apart from this inconvenience, the flight was great."
