"Very poor airline. This was my first and definitely last time with Easyjet. We waited almost 8 hours in Madrid airport before we get in to the plane and we lost one day of our trip from our 4 days trip to Paris. Ryanair worked well when we came back, but Easyjet very very unprofessional airline."

"Luggage handling: Why couldn't I pay for extra luagage at the check in counter?... There could be just one line/queue to serve all counters so if one person was taking more time, it does not impact the all the people in that one line."
