"Easy jet: awfull service (not the flight attendants or field staff) but no payment possible at the check in for extra suitcase, no extra PC or else permited on board, has to be put in the plane global compartment (stupid rule)"

"i had the most terrible flight in my entire life...
firstly i got offloaded on a delayed flight then had to buy another ticket for this flight n then this one was delayed for almost 3hrs......so it wasn't an "easyjet" at all....

"the timing and everything is a perfect one,but from paris back to milan is a total disappointment cos the delay was too much,the airline made meto miss my appointements and up to this m oment am still searching to fix another one,no thankx to the airline delays,and if i may ask,is MILAN not a good business place,everytime the story is always the same,easy to go to paris ,but back to milan,there must be delays,not a good one for the airline."

"Incidents: Plane had technical difficulties and we stood in line for 2 hours. Missed a connecting flight. Cost a lot in hotel fees, taxi, changing other flight tickets - all together about 600 Euro. I will never risk flying with Easyjet again, as it ended up costing me a lot of money!!!"
