"Aircraft: Although we we supposed to be sat together (3 of us) we were all seperated on board! why cant all customers be allocated their own seats. Made it difficult if my partner wanted money etc."

"Stupid hand luggage policy. We crammed everything into 1 bag and then pulled it all out on the plane."
