"CheckIn: The staff must be the rudest people I have ever met. Why are there not more check-in staff? Then just before boarding I was told to put my hand baggage in the testing place.......but it passed as I had bought the bag specially as cabin baggage. The staff seemed disappointed....bunch of wasters!"

"CheckIn: I came in early as suggested but no one was at the desk. When they did arrive I was told I had to pay for my baggage check-in but had to go to a DIFFERENT desk and wait in a seperate line to do this. Normally, airlines allow you to pay at the desk. It seems very unorganized and thoughtless."
