"Good flight & organisation.
But the 20 kg limitation is not good for passengers connecting from overseas flights. you should have a "package supplement" to be able to match overseas limitations and not pay a per kg fee for every kg above 20. very unpleasant especially after an overnight flight from overseas (NY in my case)"
