"on the way back from malaga we missed our flight. instead that put us on an awaiting list,paying a reasonable amount of money and wait for the next in case someone didn't turn up,they said we should have bought a brand new flight for more then 500 euros for 2 people. the nearest one was for tomorrow..so we bought a return flight with another company to come back today after spending a night at the airport. i think easy jet should be a bit more helpful in these circumstances,rather then be so strict,considering the prices of the flights. there were also 5 more people missing the flight with us and i really hope they will have their say too,even though we lost our time and money. i will for sure consider a different company for the future."

"CheckIn: Well my flight was cancelled on the day I was meant to fly and then the next day when I flow they said that they would have the check in open 3 hours before which they did not and they also only had one check in open for all of Easyjet flights so took a long time to book in."

"Incidents: It took the staff at the airport over 2 hours after they had cancelled the flight to inform us that they would be putting us up in a hotel but they did not give us any money to buy any drinks or anything at the airport."

"The return flight was lovely - very friendly pilot who gave passengers updates from time to time on location and weather and did an excellent take-off and landing."

"CheckIn: I paid for speedy boarding and both at Stansted and Malaga there was no 'Speedy Boarding' queue so when the boarding person called out quietly 'speedy boarders first' you had to push your way through all the non-speedy boarders which was upsetting and stressful. This was particularly bad at Malaga. Ryanair make two separate queues for the speedy and non-speedy and I wish easyjet would do the same."

"CheckIn: Not allocating seat numbers does not save any time, creates a scrum at the gate; many people were confused about "Speedy Boarding"; inconsistent application of priority boarding groups by gate staff."
