"CheckIn: Easyjet staff were rude and unhelpful! I missed my first check in by minutes yet they refused to check me in. That flight was then delayed! The easyjet woman then, in front of all passengers, instructed her colleague not to let me board if i was rude. I had not been rude I was only asking for assistance!"
