"CheckIn: At Edinburgh, they delayed the flight and few minutes after it was cancelled. The easyjet customer serviceuy queu was huge, we had to pay for our accommodation and the train back to London ourselves, and that was almost £200"

"I printed out the luggage and handbag regulations and made sure that I complied with them.On outgoing flight everything was okay. We all were allowed a carry on bag and a handbag. On return flight we were only allowed the carryon bagWe had to get out of line to try to cram our purses and their contents into our carryon bags."

"Only one ground staff member at boarding gate until well into check in. Issues of no transport for wheelchair user.Also area around gate very congested, limited seating, crowd safety issues. Gate 85 Stanstead, intermingling with adjacent Ryanair flight queue."

"CheckIn: As above , more ground staff to assist boarding and to give information. On this flight resulted in one passenger's boarding details not being registered , delayed flight take off by over 30 mins, crew had to check individual boarding details of each passenger, very frustrating.
