"I have very bad feeling for this fly. I was with my baby boy and nobody pay attention on it....terrible, never before happend to us. Plus my luggage has been damage"

"Aircraft: There was no place for mom with baby...I had to take free place whenever it was. So I seat cloce to catewalk, what is not allowed in other airlines. Usual place for mother with kid is close to window"

"Incidents: travel cancelled : crew had exceeded its flight allowance said to be quite common with easjet couldn't not rebook for flight following day had to wait till last moment before knowing if able to get in next flight or not (i had to be back to work!) i had to book another night at an hotel + many phonecalls +many unexpected cost I intend to write a letter to consumer organisation in Belgium about this incident"
