"We flew with Easy Jet and unfortunately was delayed 45mins because of a bag which was left at the departure lounge and we had to wait for 16 passengers to be checked-in."

"CheckIn: The airport is confusing with many terminals and we waited a while until our flight was noted on the airport board before we knew to queue in the right line/ terminal.

There was a long queue at Easy Jet counter to check in for those who have check-in luggage. My online ticket didn't include 1 piece of check-in luggage and therefore had to queue a further 10-15mins in another queue to pay 22 euros.

"Luggage handling: Where my bag had begin to tear it was torn more and the whole was much bigger."

"Incidents: Delay was 5 hrs so flight didn't arrive into London until after midnight and then there was delay waiting for bags. Because arrival was so late at night no trains or buses to my home and cost me more money. I was stranded and had to sleep on benches which is unsafe and uncomfortable, no warm clothes as I didn't expect to have to sleep in stations and parks at night, now have a cold. I am now looking into compensation but can not find information on the website."
