"Incidents: I have paid for 1 checked in luggage but when checked in at the easyjet counter, I was told that I did not paid for it online and thus, I had to pay 22 Euro at the counter check in. This is really annoying and I'm not satisfied with this service. Total disappointment. I have to pay extra for the flight and yet still not enjoy the service."
