"Surcharges comments: I was charged 349 euros for 2 bags, one of which could have been taken as carry on. One bag was overweight, understood, but all together more than $550 in extra charges is absurd. The check in personnel told me I pay or I do not board, and I was left with no choice. I will NOT fly EasyJet in the future. The whole episode is an embarrassment and it would have been cheaper to fly a traditional carrier."

"Incidents: See above. I was forced to check hand luggage and overcharged on the weight. Some charges for 1 overweight bag was reasonable. I estimate I was overcharged by more than 150 euros."
