"All ok for the price - the only disappointment was that all of our bags and their contents were wet through. We had to take the majority of our clothes to a laundamat to dry them"

"CheckIn: only 1 check in desk operating initially which we waited in, but when they finally opened a second one, passengers at the back of the queue ran forward. When you have been asked to check in early so you get to board earlier this is very frustrating. They should take passengers from the front of the main queue to the new check in."

"Luggage handling: Our luggage and their contents arrived absolutely saturated. Most of our clothes were so wet we needed to take them to a laundramat. The clothes in the middle of the bags were also wet through - it seemed more just surface wetness from rain, it was as though the bags had been sitting in a large amount of water for some time"
