"Luggage handling: i was told that i had to sit with my bag on floor so that another man could out his case in the over head locker! im pregnant and very squashed, seems to me , the bigger that case you have, the better treatment you get. appauling."

"Surcharges comments: We were charged excess baggage, the ground staff should also have told us at the time we couldn't take any more than one bag on the place. We were then charged for an additional two bags when we went to board the flight. Ground staff were very rude and unhelpful."
