"Incidents: The flights from Frankfurt and Barcelona to Houston where on delate and we have lost our connections flight. But United airlines only have payed the hotel night to the franckfurt passengers, and I pais myself the airport hotel ( 85 $), I would like to know how are they going to repay me"
