"Overall, everything good--plenty of space for baggage, legs, stuff (in Econ +). Good selection of videos (movies and shows). Check-in was a beast (long wait caused more than one group to miss their check-in time so had to be wait-listed) however, staff was then good about getting everyone wait-listed and on the next avail flights. Tasty food (even my 9-yr old liked it) and flight attendants were good (friendly, efficient, etc)."

"Stopovers: Stopover in Chicago was interesting (had to collect all luggage, go thru Customs then recheck it) but very efficient. Nothing was lost. Wait time ended up seeming shorter than anticipated (even though the luggage/Customs bit only took about 30-45 min total and connecting gate was only about a 5-min walk away)."

"Luggage handling: All the luggage made it, though we have a couple of items not in there that I could swear that I packed (wondering it I really didn't or they fell out when the luggage was checked by security). Also, I had to check an umbrella (full-sized, too long to fit in any of our suitcases) and it is now slightly bent. Still works, it just needs a bit of help opening fully."
