"Stopovers: Maybe it was due to US regulations but the fact my hold luggage was not checked right through to final destination, meant I had an 11 hour stopover in NJ airport in which I was lumbered with my suitcase which really limited me as I travelled alone and did not plan to take a hotel for fear of oversleeping and missing the flight! I was worried about security of my suitc ase during the 11 hours but it was OK, more a nuisance than anyhting. Is there any way of avoiding this? Otherwise I was really impressed with your service and would certainly travel with you again"
