"Booked tickets with my girlfriend but the seats weren't together... had board separately from my girlfriend so she went on ahead of me but when I came to board they had given my seat to someone else so I wasn't allowed on the flight. They put me on another plane completely but my girlfriend had to ask several times before she was eventually told why I wasn't on the same flight as her, as she's a nervous flier this was very stressful for her and we had no way of contacting each other so it was only pure luck that we managed to meet up at Toronto airport."
