"Luggage handling: an airline of this size, a HUGE AIRLINE Shouldn't ask passengers for advices about LUGGAGE HANDLING that is your core business !!!
1. my luggage handle was broken, I couldn't use the suitcase as before but this is not covered by airlines insurance ?!
2. suitcase was 1 day too late, I was going to funeral and needed clean clothes the same day,
I purchased the clothes for 48 $, faxed the form and receipts the same day and after 1 month didn't receive any refund yet.
this is most horrible client assistance and slowest reimbursement of delayed luggage ever from an american airline. I fly at least once a year to USA and will definitely always choose DELTA airlines from now on."
