Other incidents: Missed a connecting flight
"Incidents: I had to get immediate medical attention at my connection terminal which caused me to miss my connection flight. Although I produced documentation of this incident from my attending physician, US Air charged me anyway with penaties, etc. for changing the the ticket, despite the fact that I flew back on my original flight schedule. I will NEVER recommend nor use US Air again."
