"the overall flight was enjoyable on the inbound flight, with the tv and entertainment. on the outbound flight to Gatwick the aircraft was not as good. The air stewards are not very sociable which i have found with airlines going to the US. Im not expecting a first class service but a bit of manners might not go amiss. I work with the public myself and I would not get away with some of the attitude.."

"Aircraft: found that the aircraft coming back to Dublin was not as good as the aircraft going out as the entertainment on the screen was very limited and a lot of the tvs were broken."
