"Aircraft: Was a narrow bodied older jet which had low headroom and narrow overhead luggage compartments. Not a problem for us, but why do some people think its okay to carry on their main trolley suitcase / luggage item which does not fit in the overhead locker and why do the check in staff not recognise what will and what will not fit in the cabin luggage storage systems?"
