"It was soo cold in the airplane, and you had to pay to get a blanket.

"CheckIn: My boyfriends bag weight 4 pounds too much, and mine weight at lot less than allowed, however instead of just putting the two together as they together were within the limit, as I have experienced with every other airline, we had to move 4 pounds from my boyfriends bag to mine. However mine did not have room, so we had to take the extra pounds onboard."
