"CheckIn: My 7 year old son was not allow to check in by US Airways as his passport, althought valid for another 6 years, was not a biometric passport. The rest of my family who travelled by BA were allowed to check in without problems, even thought they also had NON biometric passports."

"Aircraft: Old aircraft, outdated in-flight entertainment (old movies, TV programs, etc). No alcoholic complimentary drinks, not even with meal. Meal of poor quality and extremelly small quantity. Drinks and food fr sale were very expensive."

"Children: Requested children's meal for my 7 year old boy, but when meal arrived, flight attendent stated that no request was received by them. The same happened on rteturn flight."

"Stopovers: Very tight flight schedule. Late departure from London, arrived at Charlotte (NC) and only had 30 minutes to re-check luggage and go through security, fortunately (?) the US airways plane from Charlotte to Houston (TX) was also delayed."

"Luggage handling: Arrived in Houston (TX) after stop over in Charlotte (NC) to find out that my son's luggage never made to the plane after been re-checked at Charlotte (NC). Had to file a missing luggage report and luggage was then delivered to Las Vegas (our last destination) two days later. Had to spend and extra US$130 in clothes and toiletries for my son."
