"Stopovers: delayed but suddenly restored without much time to react. I was ordering a burger (already paid for it, 15 punds is a lot for a southamerican) and had to run away before being able to eat it because they anounced the flight form one minute to the next one. They didn't give us any food from london to madrid, and when we arrive to barajas everything was closed. I ended up starving in an empty airport at midnight."

"AirEuropa should not do long haul flights! The seats were very uncomfortable, headphones had to be purchased inorder to use in flight entertainment unless you had your own, drinks other than water had to be purchased and change was not available when paying! The range of inflight entertainment was very poor and my was one of the unlucky passengers to have a entertainment system that broke a third of the way through the flight. No attempt was made to fix it or to move me to another seat and when I requested a complimentary refreshment to compensate I was refused. Several hairs were found on the influght pillow provided, when the majority of passengers had just attempted to fall asleep the lights were switched back on to provide a light snack which was not worth the disturbance as it was not edible at all! Toilets were not checked regularly and kept stocked with toilet paper and hand towels. I had to ask on two occassions for toilet paper. A complimentary inflight package containing eye mask, toothbrush and toothpaste was not provided as would be expected with all longhaul flight!"

"Aircraft: Seats were very uncomfortable, leg room was poor, recline on seats was poor, if the person in the seat infront reclined you had no option but to also recline. Very difficult to manouver out of seat once recline was used. Toilet facilities were not kept well stocked during fligh"

"Stopovers: The stopover was in Madrid, the time between the connecting flights was good, however the gate at Madrid airport did not open until 7am. Therefore all passengers wishing to connect could not access the gate for an hour. There was no facility to obtain refreshments or food during this period of waiting. There was one passenger who was not very well at the time and needed somewhere to rest and obtain a tea or coffee, however this was not possible!"
