"CheckIn: It was not the airline but the passengers, people were waiting in line and once the boarding was announced people just got up to jump into line, maybe they should do a number sequence of boarding to allow passenger in the plane in a timely and more efficient manner. All the tickets have a seat assignment so it would not be difficult to impose."
