"The flight was delayed from Ibiza and upon arrival at Barcelona the ground crew organsiation was poor. Passengers had to wait on the plane for an extended period of time until stairs and buses arrived to disembark and be shuttled to the terminal. However, the flight itse;f was quite pleasant."
