"Incidents: they cancelled the flight from london to madrid and made us wait for another one at 4 am (we waited from 15.00 till 04.00) and then, because they cancelled my flight, i lost my connection so i had to stay in madrid for a whole day. They gave me a nice hotel room though which was nice."

"Luggage handling: my luggage was not delivered to buenos aires till 6 days later of my arrival. reason- forgot to put it in the flight and they only had 1 flight a day and many lost bags.. customer service on the phone - terrible, hanged up the phone on me several times!"

"London to Madrid was excellent. Good service, spacious seats, very comfortable. The Madrid to Buenos Aires flight was quite awful. In the middle of the central bank of seats I could only move my head..there was far too little room to move. I'm quite small build, so I pity the people who are bigger than me. I would have preferred the planes the other way round...comfortable on the long haul and more cramped for the shorter flight."
