"It was EXTREMELY frustrating that we had to wait on plane for 30 MINUTES after the plane had landed (already 30 minutes late) because it was not possible to disembark the aircraft directly via the bridge to the terminal because the plane landed at Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 1. This has happened now on both 2 times I have flown with Air Europa, and it's very annoying."

"Aircraft: I like that it was a small plane and the crew (both times) were polite, friendly and helpful. I was travelling with infants and I'm sorry they only offer me the puschair at the exit of the aircraft in Madrid, in Gtw I had to walk and queue passport control holding the baby. It would have been better if I could had my pushchair in the plane."
