"Luggage handling: Our luggage was coated with some kind of peanut butter/chocolate mixture. We ended up having to replace one of our pieces because we couldn't get it out."

"I arrived without much time to wait in the line. I went straight up to the girl on the desk and said my flight is very soon. She told me there was still time and to get in line. When I got to the front of the line again the flight was closed. I was then told that I couldnīt change my ticket so I flew with Spanair instead"
